About us

We bring a range of experience in the fields of philanthropy, not for profit leadership, government, social impact, and entrepreneurship to our work.

Our Founder and Principal Advisor has held senior roles in Government, consulting, operational leadership and philanthropic organisations, with a particular expertise in supporting collaborations, working across sectors and bridging silos.

Megan is currently the convenor of a West Australian group of philanthropies - the WA Children’s Funders Alliance - which is part of ARACY and also linked to the Investment Dialogue for Australia's Children, a unique collaboration between philanthropy and government. She is also co-Chair of Philanthropy Australia’s Education Funders Peer Network.

Megan’s interest in education, including as the driver for addressing inequity and helping all people to realise their potential, and live fulfilling lives, is long-standing. It started with co-founding Fogarty EDvance, an innovative and award-winning positive social change program that was the first of its kind in Australia. She was further able to pursue this interest over many years as the CEO and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Fogarty Foundation, an education philanthropy.

Additionally, she has held senior operational leadership positions in both for-purpose and for-profit organisations and has experience working in government, including with a Federal Minister.

"There are not many people – who work outside of a school – that can claim to have directly improved student learning outcomes.

Megan is one of the few who can.

As a result, Megan has also influenced changes in the world beyond school.”
